Impact is an amazing slideshow with the most silky smooth cross fade on the web. Hands down. But calling it just a slideshow is a disservice. Impact will properly scale its contents to fit that layout that you want. You can use it for full screen hero headers, site banners or as a traditional slideshow within your content. Oh yeah, one more thing... it also supports video!

Well I finally got around to using this and it's as cool as I thought it would be when I bought it. Very smooth and the Ken Burns effect is cool. Brings a nice addition to the normal sliders. I just hope I don't overdo it with this one, so simple to use I might go overboard with this one. Get it!!

This really is the best slideshow Stack I've ever used, it does such a smooth job in the transition between images, and overlaps the fade, so you never get any background colour etc showing at any point.
Very flexible and easy to use. I'm using it on all my sites now. Highly recommend.

Joe you have outdone yourself. This is everything I needed in a slider stack. From the simplicity of adding slides, to the gorgeous animation, to adding slider videos, to adding my own content over the slides, to adding static content, etc. This answers all of my header problems and it will make my life so easier.
Just a little note of thanks - I think that you are a great asset to the rapidweaver community. After Jacks, Foundation, Total CMS and now Impact - you are providing what we need. Keep up the good work!

Joe Workman always seems to make stacks that just work well. I wanted lots of the features he has woven into Impact and have bought many (many) sliders that purport to be the perfect solution but ultimately fail. It's such an easy stack to use and understand but powerful at the same time. The ability to have a slider take up a % of the screen at any screen size just eluded pretty much every slider out there until Impact came along. You can add stacks to individual slides and place them anywhere on the slide. The list just goes on and on.... How Joe knows what I want I will never know but he must know my credit card number of by heart by now.
