Not working for video

I recently bought this stack for displaying a intro video on the home page of my site. I initially tried with one of my youtube uploaded video. I see a blank screen with loading circle spinning around. Nothing more than that. I added the video to my site resources and tried using that using the video option as well as the resource option. Its the same black screen as before. There is not much details on how to troubleshoot either. I am looking at other stacks now.
