This video is a good starting point for adding custom site-wide icon fonts such as Font Awesome for site-wide theme modification and works as expected if using the default page types in RapidWeaver. If using Stacks pages though, a better way is to use a Font Awesome stack (many developers have one of these). You get what you pay for though, some of these stacks are free (seldom updated) and some are paid (kept up to date).
